BACH RULES
We wish to remind you and your guests of the following bach rules:
- For Health & Safety reasons, NO-ONE is permitted to enter the forest.
- NO HUNTING is permitted.
- Absolutely NO FIRES
- GAS BARBEQUES only – no open barbeques.
- ASHES – if emptying the ashes, choose an appropriate place, and TOTALLY dowse with water
- Smoking – NO SMOKING INSIDE – watch the butts outside.
- SHOOTING – if you intend to go shooting, you must make prior arrangements with Chris.
- DOGS – are not permitted on the property.
- You are welcome to explore the property, but keep in mind that the area is all ‘private property’, so please respect the privacy of your neighbours.
- DAMAGE – please report any damage so repairs can be organised.
- Don’t forget this bach is yours, it deserves the respect your own home gets – no one expects a spring clean, but if everyone does their bit, we can all enjoy our holiday.
- No FISH FILLETING, scallop opening, oyster-opening etc inside. Use the outdoor bench. RETURN ALL shells to sea or below the high tide line on the shore.
- RUBBISH – all rubbish must be taken home with you.
- NO rubbish is to be dumped over the bank onto our neighbour’s property except for vegetable scraps.
- GATES – closed gates must be left closed.
- MICE – please don’t encourage mice by leaving food opened.
- Ranchslider curtain – pull to left, to save the lining being damaged in the door.
- Before LEAVING:
- Wood-basket – please refill
- Fridge - leave on
- Fire extinguisher – put inside
- PAYMENT – Please pay online when possible:

- CANCELLATION:
- If you decide to go home early or cancel within two weeks of your booking, you still need to pay for all the nights booked
- TARIFF:
- Shareholders - $20 per night per person
- Non- shareholders - $30 per night per person
- Rate applies to all 16 years and over staying on the property whether in the bach, tent, caravan or campervan.
